Role Overview: Henry Home Interiors is currently seeking applicants for the position of Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will play a key role in managing the financial transactions of our business, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and organization in all aspects of Henry Home Interiors’ finances. As a Bookkeeper,
Key Responsibilities:Purchase Orders: Create, acknowledge, and receive purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
Inventory Management: Accurately input and maintain inventory records to support seamless operations and stock control.
Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll functions, including scheduling tax deposits, filing quarterly returns, and issuing W-2s, ensuring compliance and timely payments.
Year-End Processing: Prepare and issue 1099s, ensuring accuracy in tax reporting and compliance with financial regulations.
Account Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile multiple accounts to ensure financial accuracy and organization.
Accounts Payable (A/P): Enter and process invoice payments, managing vendor transactions effectively.
Accounts Receivable (A/R): Receive and record payments in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate financial tracking.
Claims Management: Track claims and manage damaged merchandise, working to resolve issues efficiently.

Marketing Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience in marketing while supporting a local store in creating meaningful connections with social media audiences.
